This connector utilizes a novel high-reliability twisted-wire flexible pin design, featuring a high-density contact arrangement with 37 cores and an aluminum alloy metal housing. It is available in both bent and straight pin types. By employing advanced crimp contact technology, it ensures secure connections and excellent conductivity. This product is widely used for circuit connections in various mili-tary electronic devices, particularly in applications where installation space is limited and lightweight is required. Of course, we can also customize the product according to your specific requirements and drawings.

When selecting the J30J product, both the plug (receptacle) assembly and the locking assembly should be chosen simultaneously, as the locking assembly is an indispensable component of the connector. The wire clamp assembly is not a mandatory option, but its selection can be determined based on specific needs.
In addition, due to the fact that not all plug (socket) assemblies, locking components, and wire clamp assemblies can be arbitrarily combined and matched, as well as product characteristics, the following items should be noted before selecting J30J products:

1. The selection of wire clamp assemblies should be conducted according to the "Wire Clamp Assembly Family Tree" specifications. Additionally, plug (receptacle) assemblies equipped with wire clamps should not be paired with front-of-board mounting lock components (i.e., lock components with mounting screws suitable for front-of-board mounting, such as P, P8, P9, etc.), as the presence of the wire clamp will prevent the mounting board from being installed. If plug (receptacle) assemblies equipped with wire clamps are to be paired with rear-of-board mounting lock components (i.e., lock components with mounting screws suitable for rear-of-board mounting, such as PO, P3, P4, P11, etc.), the thickness of the board must be considered as "mounting board thickness + 0.7".
2. Since the basic welding plug (socket) assembly (J30J-TJS/ZKS) is equipped with an A3 type wire clamp assembly by default, the J30J-TJS/ZKS-G plug (socket) assembly, which is an extension of the former, should also be equipped with an A3 type wire clamp assembly by default. To maintain consistency in the plating between the wire clamp and the housing, the wire clamp should also be cadmium plated. However, there is currently no design drawing for the cadmium plated wire clamp. If an order is placed, a temporary drawing will need to be created for part processing. This situation should be considered when determining the ordering cycle.
3. Plug (socket) assemblies containing the capital letter "D" in the model number cannot be equipped with locking components such as L, L1~L8, K, and K1 types.
4. When assembling the locking components (i.e., locking components with mounting screws suitable for back-of-board installation, such as PO, P3, P4, P11, etc.) for plug (socket) assemblies with a capital letter "D" at the end of the model number in a back-of-board installation state, the thickness of the board must be considered as "installation board thickness + 0.6".
5. The J30J-TJ/ZK-Q plug (socket) assembly is equipped with a flange interface rubber gasket by default. However, this rubber gasket is only meaningful when the plug (socket) assembly is equipped with a fixed-end locking component. If the plug (socket) assembly is equipped with a free-end locking component, this rubber gasket is not required. If the plug (socket) assembly is equipped with a special locking component, whether to use the flange interface rubber gasket depends on whether the locking component needs to be fixed to the mounting plate. However, for the sake of uniformity in product status, regardless of the locking component equipped with the product, this rubber gasket is shipped together with the product.
6. For crimp extension products containing plug (receptacle) components with the capital letter "A", it is assumed that the entire wire harness will be sequentially wrapped with heat-shrink tubing and shielded mesh outside. If this is not required, it should be specified in the contract. If it is required that the outermost layer of the wire harness be wrapped with nylon wire sheathing, this should also be specified in the contract.
7. If most of the holes in the product require wires with a relatively thick outer diameter (such as AFRP-250 or AFPF-1 shielded wires), consideration should be given to whether the product's potting cavity and wire clamp assembly (when applicable) have sufficient space for accommodation. The conclusion can usually only be drawn after trial assembly.
8. If the product requires crimping of wire cores without plated conductors, or with tinned conductors on the surface, or with single-core conductors, due to the special process for crimping such conductors, the order contract should be a non-standard contract and the condition of the conductor core should be specified in the contract. Such conductors mainly include AFR-200 conductors, conductors similar to 82A01111 and other conductors starting with 82A, as well as soft round copper wires.
9. For the handling of empty points in the product, if there is no technical agreement or consensus has not been reached previously, the empty points shall be blocked using uncrimped wire jacks or pin assemblies.
