Precautions for Use

1.Do not use beyond rated electrical parameters. Rated current per contact is 3A. Overload is forbidden to prevent twisted pin ablation and insulation breakdown.
2.Never mate or unmate the connector under power-on status. Cut off power completely before connection or separation to avoid arc burn of jacks and poor contact failure.
3.Pre-mating inspection: Check jacks and housing for deformation, oxidation, oil and dust; ensure insulator without crack or material shortage, and clear foreign debris inside the port.
4.Align the positioning guide structure before mating, insert horizontally and smoothly. Do not insert obliquely, knock or pry forcibly to prevent jack deformation and damage. Recommended tightening torque for locking screw: 0.1~0.15N·m. Thread anti-loosening treatment can be applied if necessary.
5.Select matched wire for soldering assembly, recommended cross-section 0.07~0.15mm². Control soldering iron temperature and welding duration to avoid thermal damage to insulator. Cross wiring between contacts is prohibited.
6.Avoid continuous tensile force and repeated bending stress on connectors during wiring. Keep away from high-temperature heat sources and sharp metal edges to reduce the risk of contact failure caused by long-term vibration.
7.Storage & protection: Keep connector port dry and clean, prevent invasion of oil, moisture and corrosive gas. Store in dry and ventilated place for long-term preservation.
8.Mechanical mating life: 500 cycles. Repeated mating will reduce contact stability. Periodic contact resistance test is required for high-reliability application scenarios.
